Surrounded by her family, Passed away peacefully on August 20, 2021. Age 80. Born in Gloucester City, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Alice (Palmer) Carr. Ann married her high school sweetheart in 1960, the late Charles H. Spencer, Sr., whom she was married to for 52 years. Beloved mother of Lea Anne Devereaux,  Charles H. Spencer, Jr. (Doreen), Alesia Stewart (Steve). She lived for her grandchildren, Paul, Kaitlyn, Kristina, Jessica and Ethan. She will be sadly missed by her dog, Chloe.

Ann was retired from Cold Springs School where she worked as a teacher's aide and from J.C. Penney in Audubon and Deptford, NJ, where she worked in management. She loved to dance and was a Porterette at Gertrude Porter School of Dance. She also performed on the steel pier in the 1950's. Ann loved spending time with her family and always enjoyed Christmas, her favorite holiday.

Honoring her wishes, Ann will be entombed in Harleigh Cemetery, Camden in a private family ceremony.
