Gloucester City – On October 8, 2023. Age 87. Born in Woodbury, NJ, she was the daughter of the late James and Emma (Batezel) Frampton. Loving wife of the late Francis L. Rein. Cherished mother of Lisa OGrady, Lorna Estep, Dorothy May, grandmother of 5 including Kelly Newton, great-grandmother of 8; aunt of James Frampton (Leah).

Barb worked for many years as an accountant for the Board of Education in PA. Barb was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Gloucester City, where she was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America Court Giese #439. She also loved quilting, drawing and listening to country music.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend her visitation from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at McCann-Healey Funeral Home: 851 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City. Funeral Service will be celebrated at 11:00 am in the funeral home. Burial with her late husband, Francis in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Gloucester City, NJ.
