On January 22, 2018, surrounded by his family, passed away at the age of 92. Longtime resident of Gloucester City. Loving father of Donna Jackson (William), Deborah Ritchie (David), Patti Jones and Blaine R. Jones III (Pamela). Cherished grandfather of Mark Jackson, Christopher Ritchie, Jennifer Jackson, Jillian Palmieri, Stephanie Sauer, Jessica Beck, Amanda Sauer, Sarabeth Sauer and Ryan Jones and great grandfather of Tyler, Isla, Maya, Luke, Hana and Cullen. Beloved brother of the late Elaine and survived by Clarence, Mildred, William, Barbara, Phyllis, Paul, Gilbert, Michael, Stephen, Judith, Jeffrey, and Scott.

Blaine was born on Sept.3, 1925 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Blaine R., Sr. and Mildred Jones. He attended Gloucester High School and proudly served our country in the US Army during WWII and is a Purple Heart recipient. Blaine was the manager of Lehigh Valley Dairy in Blenheim, NJ and retired from Prudential Insurance. He enjoyed fishing, bowling, following pro football and baseball, playing pinochle and spending time with his family.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Saturday, Jan. 27th from 9 to 11:30 AM at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 851 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Mass of Christian Burial 12:15 PM at St. Mary's R.C. Church, Gloucester City. Interment with Honors in New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.
