Brown and Fladell Whealton. Loving grandfather of 4 and great grandfather of 4. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Cedric was a member of the Bible Church of Christ in Pennsauken. He worked many years for the Pennsauken Board of Education. Cedric was a champion boxer in Panama.
