Cherished Father of Lea Anne Devereaux, Charles H. Spencer, Jr. (Doreen) and Alesia Stewart (Steven). Beloved Grandfather of Paul, Kaitlyn, Kristina, Jessica and Ethan. Dear Brother of Shirley Johnson. Survived by his nephews. Charles was born, raised and lived his entire life in Gloucester City. He was a graduate of Gloucester City High School Class of 1958. Charles was a 30 year retired member of the Iron Workers Local Union # 399 in Westville. He enjoyed racing stock outboard boats and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers Football Fan. Charles was a member of the Telco Gun Club and APBA retired member.
