Gloucester City – At home, surrounded by her family, on April 21, 2018. (nee Hudson) Age 86. Predeceased by her husband, Edward J. McHugh and son, Gary McHugh. Survived by her children, Barbara Evans, Kathleen "Kate" Duffy (Timothy), James McHugh (Kathleen) and John McHugh; grandchildren, Melissa, James, Megan, Beck, Taylor, David and Justin; great-grandchildren, Olivia, Isla, Nolan, MacKenzie and James III; brother, Kenneth Hudson and daughter-in-law Maria.

Charlotte was an avid Phillies fan and loved trips to Delaware Park with her family. Her family would like to thank Samaritan Hospice for the loving care to their mother and support to their family.

At her request, graveside services will be private for her family in New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.
