Loving father of Kerianne Hughes, Eric Morris Jr., Christopher Benjamin Hughes, Jr. and the late Caelyn Hughes. Beloved son of the late Benjamin F. Hughes and the late Ellen Muller (Paul). Loving brother of Eric Irizarry (LuAnn), Todd Hughes, Tiffany Valez and the late Kerianne Hughes. Loving boyfriend and bonus dad of Deeanna Romero and her children. Beloved uncle to Sabrina, Jeremy, Antonio, and the late Eddie.
Chris was currently working as the head chef at Bank Bar in Gloucester City, where he shared his passion for food and cooking with those around him. He was a diehard Kansas City Chiefs fan and never missed an opportunity to cheer on his team. Chris also loved spending time with his best friend Sam, streaming with his TikTok community, gaming, and taking bike rides into Philadelphia—especially when those rides ended with a cheesesteak. These simple passions brought him great joy and created many memories that will be cherished by those who knew and loved him.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Saturday, October 3rd from 10 AM to 12 PM at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 851 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Funeral service 12 PM in the funeral home. Interment will be private.
