Obituary

Surrounded by his family, Dan passed peacefully at Virtua Marlton on August 30, 2026, at the age of 56. Lifelong resident of Gloucester City.

Dan was born in Camden, NJ on January 25, 1970 to Bogumila “Bonnie” Jankowski and the late Witold Z. Jankowski. He was a graduate of Gloucester City High School class of 1988. He worked many years as a delivery driver for FedEx.

Survived by his son, Mason Jankowski, his mother, Bonnie Jankowski; his brother, David Jankowski and his wife, Dawn Jankowski; his fiancé, Megan Kelly and a large loving family of aunts, uncles and cousins. Dan was predeceased by his father, Witold Z. Jankowski.

Dan took great pride in watching his son Mason excel on the football field and cherished every moment of being there to support him. Football was a special part of Dan’s life, and he enjoyed giving back to the sport through coaching with the Gloucester Township Stallions and the Gloucester City Mustangs.

When he wasn’t on the football field, Dan could often be found enjoying another one of his favorite pastimes—golf. He loved spending time on the course, enjoying the game, the outdoors, and the company of those around him.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Friday morning, September 4th from 9:30 to 11:15 AM at St. Mary’s R.C. Church, 426 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City. Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 AM in the church. Interment will be private.
