On October 5, 2013. Daniel went to be in the loving arms of our Lord. Age 55. Of Runnemede. Loving Son of Richard and Lydia Desmond (nee Bender). Devoted Brother of Darleen Lemke, Diane Desmond and Debbie Desmond-Kuhlman. Beloved uncle of Heidi Lemke, Daniel Lemke and his cherished brother-in-laws Steve Lemke and Russel Kuhlman. Daniel was born on December 5, 1957 in Escanaba, Michigan. He attended Escanaba High School and graduated in 1977. Daniel worked at Texas Instrument in Houston, Texas from 1980-1987. He moved to New Jersey and worked at Intest Corporation from 1988-2013 as a field inspector. Daniel was an active member of the Runnemede V.F.W Post # 3324 Mens Auxiliary where he faithfully served as President and was devoted to the veterans of the Post. He was an active member of the Polish American Citizens Club of Camden County in Runnemede. Relatives, friends, fellow co-workers and Post members are kindly invited to attend his visitation on Tuesday from 2 to 4 pm at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME: 851 Monmouth Street, (at Brown Street) Gloucester City. Memorial Service 4 pm in the funeral home. Cremation will be private at the request of the family. Family prefers in lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Runnemede V.F.W Post # 3324: P.O.
