On June 7, 2025, Daniel passed suddenly at the age of 68. Of Clayton. Survived by his children, Daniel J. Sullivan, IV (Shanna), Kevin M. Sullivan (Jessica) and Kristen M. MacIntosh (Michael); grandchildren, Torri L. Bell (Jarred), Daniel J. Sullivan, V (Tyla), Gabrial Bolen-Sullivan and Sawyer Sullivan; a great-grandchild, Addy Mae Sullivan; A sister Margaret Sullivan Sorbello (Joseph) and many loving nieces and nephews.

Dan was a longtime resident of Clayton, where he served the community many years as an EMT. He was a graduate of Clayton High School class of 1975.

At Dan's request, services will be private.
