Marlton - On December 27, 2021. Age 74. Born in Mt. Holly, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Madar) Hartman. Debbie is survived by her sister-in-law, Kitty Hartman and her loving staff and housemates from her group home. She was loved by all of those who cared about her and took care of her.

Graveside services were celebrated at 10:30 am on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, in St. Mary's Cemetery, Bordentown, NJ.
