Dolores was a graduate of West Catholic High School class of 1946 and worked at Bell Telephone until her marriage to Frank in 1949. They moved to Westville, NJ in 1954 where they raised 6 children. Eventually, she left the Hospital setting and found her true calling as a home care nurse. Dolores semi-retired at the age of 80 from Holy Redeemer Home Care in Runnemede, NJ but continued to work one day a week as an intake coordinator until the age of 84.

Never one to turn away anyone in need, Dolores dedicated her life to family and service of others. She was an active member of St. Anne's/St. Joachim Parish/Annunciation Church serving as a Eucharistic Minister, President of the St. Vincent DePaul Society and volunteering at the parish food bank and Hospice outreach.
