On July 15, 2025, at the age of 97. Of Vineland. Formerly of Philadelphia, PA and Gloucester City. (nee Tipton). Predeceased by her husband, John Berkey and her parents, John and Pearl Tipton (nee Hutchinson). Survived by her children, Pearl Lewandowski (late Edwin) and Dean Radcliffe (Wendy); grandchildren, Christine Lanning (William), Dean Radcliffe, II and John Radcliffe; great-grandchildren, Amy Lanning and April Lanning as well as her devoted friends who were like family, Ruth Pierce, Terri Martin, Richard Kobrich, Sharon and Daryl Wadden, and Annabelle Mayr and her sons, Chris and Alex.

Doris was born at home in Gloucester City and resided there until the age of 14 when her family moved to Philadelphia. She was a member of the Eastern Star and enjoyed horseback riding, dancing, trips to the casino and loved all things gold. Doris was always self-dependent and very handy when it came to things around the home, whether it was decorating, repairing or painting the entire house.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Sunday afternoon, July 20th from 1 to 2 PM at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 851 Monmouth St., Gloucester City, where her funeral service will be celebrated at 2 pm. Interment will be private in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Gloucester City.
