On February 15, 2022, age 89. Of Gloucester City. Born in Camden, NJ, she was the daughter of the late, Francis and Alma (Liesinger) Davis. Dorothea is survived by her sons, Andrew Duggan, Allen Duggan; sisters, Frances Stief and Constance Lupus.  She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph G. Duggan in 1994.

Dorothea was an Insurance Underwriter for Ohio Casualty and Life Insurance in Voorhees, NJ.

Honoring her wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Burial will be held privately at a later date.
