Edward G. Elwell, 70, of Gloucester City, New Jersey, passed away peacefully at his home on September 27, 2026.

Born in Camden, New Jersey, on January 2, 1956, to Edward Angelo and Theresa Elwell, Edward was a lifelong resident of the area. He was self-employed for many years as a dedicated exterminator.

A devoted family man above all else, Edward was a passionate fan of football and loved cheering on the Dallas Cowboys. His warmth, humor, and strength will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Edward is survived by his beloved wife, Deborah "Debbie" Elwell (née Williams); his children, Debralynn Elwell and Edward Elwell, Jr.; his sisters, Ruth Chiro and Betty Elwell; as well as his many cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Theresa.

Services and interment will be held privately.
