On April 29, 2021. Age 78. Of Gloucester City. Loving husband of Kim (nee Dorris). Devoted father of Thomas (Leighanne) Hubbs, Mike Hubbs, Kevin Hubbs and Brian Hubbs. Cherished grandfather of Noah and Alyssa. Dear Brother of Joe Hubbs, George Hubbs, Nancy Quieti and predeceased by Hubert Hubbs, Lowell Hubbs and Richard Hubbs. Survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Ed proudly served our country during Vietnam in the U.S. Air Force from 1961-1965. He was a Police Officer for the Gloucester City Police Department. Ed was a 30 year devoted member of the Gloucester City Board of Education. He served as President for many years and enjoyed serving his community. Ed was a volunteer fireman for the Gloucester City Fire Department and was a member of the Gloucester City Lions Club since 2007. He was a mail handler for 40 years at the U.S. Regional Post Office in Bellmawr retiring in February 1, 2019.

Relatives, friends, Board of Education members, Gloucester City Fire and Police Departments, Gloucester City Lions Club and co-workers from the U.S. Regional Post Office in Bellmawr are kindly invited to attend Ed's viewing on Friday, May 7 from 6 pm to 8 pm and Saturday morning, May 8 from 9 am to 10 am at the McCann-Healey Funeral Home: 851 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City. Episcopal Service 10 am in the funeral home. Interment with U.S. Air Force Military Honors Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill.
