On August 28, 2015. (nee Moen) Age 84. Of Brooklawn. Beloved wife of 60 years to the late John D. McKinney, Jr. In the Loving and devoted care of her children: John D., III (Bonni), Ginny (John) Scout, Francis (Michelle), Michael (Karla) and Steven (Kathy). Loving grandmother of John, IV (Lisa), Jennifer, Megan (Ryan), Shawn, Robert (Erin), Matthew, Christopher, Kamryn and Kate. Loving great-grandmother of Aiden and Finnegan. Beloved sister of Jean McLaughlin (Gene "Jeep"). Survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Eleanor was born in Gloucester City and was a longtime resident of Brooklawn. She graduated from Gloucester High Class of 1948. Eleanor volunteered many years with the Girl Scouts. She worked as a bank teller for many years and became manager for United Jersey Bank in Gloucester City. Eleanor truly loved her family and that was her biggest joy in life. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend her viewing on Tuesday Evening from 6 to 8 pm and again Wednesday morning from 10 to 11 am at the Brooklawn United Methodist Church: 213 Maude Ave (at Hannevig), Brooklawn, NJ 08030. Methodist Service will begin at 11 am in the church. At the request of the family, Cremation will be private.
