Surrounded by her loving family, on July 13, 2017. Age 81. (nee Underwood) Of Gloucester City. Loving and devoted wife of 52 years to the late William E. Gartland. Loving mother of Timothy (Sharon), William Jr., Patrick (Nancy), Christopher and Joanne (Shawn). Cherished grandmother of 21 and great-grandmother of 1. Beloved sister of William, Michael and Thomas Underwood.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Tuesday morning, July 18, 2017 from 10 AM to 12 Noon at St. Mary's R.C. Church, 426 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 12 Noon in the church. Inurnment will be private in New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to Msgr. Lucitt's Needy Children's Fund: PO Box 87, Gloucester City, NJ 08030. Please memo: Elizabeth A. Gartland.
