On November 29, 2014. (nee Thomas). Loving wife of 60 years to the late Archibald "Arch" H. Gray. Cherished mother of Robert (Sharon) Thomas Gray of Downingtown, PA and the late Captain U.S. Naval Reserves Linda J. Gray. Devoted grandmother of Thomas, Timothy, Matthew, Eric, Kara, Kyle, Jared, Jessica and Jeremy. Dear Sister of the late Evelyn Seufert. Elizabeth, known to all as "Bettie" was born in Philadelphia, PA and raised in Brooklawn. She was a 1941 Graduate of Gloucester City High School. Bettie was very active and devoted to her Methodist faith and was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church for many years where she served as a Sunday School Teacher and active volunteer. She was active with the Gloucester City Seniors Association and the Gloucester City Historical Society. Bettie always had a beautiful smile and kind words for all and was devoted to her faith in the Lord and her family. Relatives, friends and members of Trinity Methodist Church are kindly invited to attend her viewing on Wednesday Evening, December 3, 2014 from 6 to 8 pm at McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME: 851 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City. On Thursday morning, December 4, 2014, all are invited to her viewing from 10 am to 11 am at Trinity United Methodist Church: 8th and Division Streets, Gloucester City. Methodist Service 11 am in the church officiated by Pastor Ed Rusk. Interment with her late husband, Arch in Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro.
