On July 3, 2013 in the Masonic Home of New Jersey in Burlington. (nee Myers) Age 79. Of Brooklawn. Formerly of Gloucester City. Loving wife of the late Howard F. Grant, Jr. Beloved mother of Howard F. Grant, III (late Maryann) of Bellmawr, Deborah (late Frank) Shendock of Chesterfield, Virginia, Gregory A. Grant of Gloucester City and Edward J. Grant (Carol) of Brooklawn. Predeceased by her dear siblings: Robert Myers, Lillian DuBois and Florence Honey Lee. Cherished grandmother of 8 and the late Howard and Christopher. Beloved great-grandmother of 10. Elizabeth was born, raised and lived in Gloucester City. She loved to crochet, talk with her friends and family and always generous to everyone. Elizabeth was a longtime and devoted member of the First Baptist Church in Gloucester City and was a person of strong faith. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend her viewing on Monday, July 8 from 11 am to 1 pm in the First Baptist Church: Monmouth and Sussex Streets, Gloucester City. Service 1 pm in the church officiated by Pastor Emeritus Rev. Dr. Robert Muse. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers family prefers memorial donations in Elizabeths memory to the Masonic Home of New Jersey: 902 Jacksonville Road, Burlington, NJ 08016. Please write in memo: Elizabeth Hoffman.
