Obituary
Age 39, Of Washington Township, Suddenly on Wednesday April 3, 2019. Eric is survived by his daughter, Sadie Rose and his brother, Frank. Predeceased by his parents, Frank Van Horn, Jr., and Janet Ormsby (nee Harris).
Funeral services will be private.
