On January 9, 2024. Age 62. Of Pennsauken. Survived by his daughters, Nicole Federici and Lauren Federici and their mother, Victoria; his grandson, Isaac; his sister, Regina Barna and her husband, Victor and their daughters Elizabeth and Diane; As well as many cherished friends. Predeceased by his parents, Dominic and Maria Federici and his sister, Linda Federici.

Ernie worked as a computer configuration technician at Inacom in Swedesboro, later being promoted to manager. He left that field and worked many years as a self-employed carpenter/contractor.

When he wasn't working, he pursed his many passions. He loved music of all kinds and was an extremely talented guitar player playing riveting solos ranging from the Blues& Jazz to Black Sabbath. He not only loved to play but used his carpentry skills to build a state of the art in home music studio. He would frequently gather friends together to socialize but quickly the friends would put down their instruments & Ernie would play all night to a captivated audience.

His love of music was his language. He affected and captivated so many with his knowledge, skills and talents that many young people under Ernie's tutelage learned not only to play but to appreciate guitar. Ernie was also a great photographer and enjoyed taking candid shots but also capturing natures beauty through his lens.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Saturday, January 20th from 12 Noon to 2 PM at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 851 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Catholic Funeral Service 1:30 PM in the funeral home. Interment will be private.
