Obituary

On July 1, 2012. (nee Mackie) Age 87. Of Brooklawn. Loving wife of 50 years to the late Forrest G. Harding. Devoted mother of Diana OConnor, Robert (Phyllis) Harding, Donna (Edward) Wilson, Sharon Harding, Kelley Rogers and the late Danny Michael Harding. Beloved grandmother of 10, great-grandmother of 20 and great-great-grandmother of 2. Esther was born in Gloucester Heights and was a longtime resident of Brooklawn. She was a devoted member of the Brooklawn United Methodist Church. She loved the time she spent at the Woodbury YMCA and also enjoyed crossword puzzles, bowling, reading, crocheting, traveling and being around her family and friends. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend her visitation on Friday, July 6, 2012 from 9 to 11 AM at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME: 851 Monmouth Street, (at Brown Street) Gloucester City. Methodist Service 11 AM in the funeral home officiated by Pastor Dan Amey. Interment with her late husband in the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown, NJ. No Evening Visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Brooklawn United Methodist Church: 213 Maude Ave., Brooklawn, NJ 08030 or to the YMCA: 235 Red Bank Ave., Woodbury, NJ 08096.
