On October 4, 2022. Age 79. Of Gloucester City. Loving and devoted wife of 56 years to Charles "Walt" McKenna, Jr. Loving mother of Dr. Ann Marie "Amy" Bescherer (Dr. Rudolph, Jr.) and Allison B. Mankoski (Mark). Loving Mom-Mom of Mark S. Mankoski, Jr. and Morgan P. Mankoski. Also survived by many cousins. Predeceased by her parents, Arthur J. and Anna Bastien.

Fran was a graduate of Gloucester Catholic High School class of 1961. She received her bachelor's degree from Immaculata University in 1965. Fran worked as an institutional researcher at Gloucester County College for over 15 years.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Tuesday morning, October 11 ^th , from 9:30 to 11:15 AM at St. Mary's R.C. Church, 426 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 AM in the church. Interment will follow in New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.
