On May 23, 2016 in the loving and devoted care of his wife of 46 years, Mary Ann (nee Schuenemann). Beloved father of Ryan (Colleen) McCann, Shaun (Lisa) McCann, Laura (Dan) Davis and predeceased by Gregory Shawn McCann on July 17, 1977. Cherished grandfather of Fiona, Quinn, Audrey, Gabriel and Charlotte. Predeceased by his parents: John E. McCann and Helen C. (nee Hallahan) and his siblings: John, Thomas and Maryann Callahan.
Fran was born, raised and lived in Gloucester City for his entire life. He was a graduate of Gloucester High School in the Class of 1960. Fran was a body shop mechanic for 27 years at New Jersey Transit in Turnersville. He was a lifelong and devoted parishioner of Saint Mary's R.C. Church in Gloucester City.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend his viewing on Thursday evening, May 26th, from 6 to 8 PM and Friday morning, May 27th, from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME: 851 Monmouth St., Gloucester City.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 AM at Saint Mary's R.C. Church: 426 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City. Entombment New Saint Mary's Mausoleum, Bellmawr.
