Obituary

On March 7, 2012. Age 68. Of Gloucester City. Formerly of Brooklawn. Surrounded and cared for by his devoted wife of 40 years, Harriet A. Rusty (nee Weppler). Cherished Father of Colleen (Jack) Manning of Glassboro, Bernadette (Ralph Trip ) OHara-Taylor of Tarpon Springs, Florida, Francis X. OHara, Jr. (Rachel) of Erial and the late David Martin OHara. Devoted brother of Kathleen OHara Fiorile of Mantua, Laura OHara Geitz of Pace, Florida, Patricia OHara Sirolli of West Deptford, Sally OHara of Melbourne, Florida and David OHara of West Deptford. Beloved Grandfather of Megan OHara, Kimberly Manning, Sean Manning, Darren Taylor and Baby OHara (due in May!). Frank was known to all as Pudgie and was a graduate of Gloucester Catholic High School Class of 1961. He was a member of Union Local # 322 Plumbers and Pipefitters in Winslow Twp. since 1969 and was extremely hard-working. After retirement, he worked as the PEO: Parking Enforcement Officer for the Gloucester City Police Department. Pudgie was a devoted parishioner of Saint Marys R.C. Church for his entire life. He loved his family and enjoyed traveling. Relatives, friends and members of Local Union # 322 are kindly invited to attend his viewing on Monday Evening from 7 to 9 PM and Tuesday morning from 9 am to 10 am at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME: 851 Monmouth Street, (at Brown Street) Gloucester City. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 am in Saint Marys R.C. Church: 426 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City. Interment New Saint Marys Cemetery, Bellmawr. Family prefers in lieu of flowers, donations to his beloved alma mater, Gloucester Catholic Alumni Association: 333 Ridgeway Street, Gloucester City, NJ 08030. ATTN: Pat Murphy.
