Gloucester City, NJ. On February 28, 2021. Age 73, passed away peacefully at home. Born in Camden, NJ, he was a lifelong resident of Gloucester City, NJ

He was the son of the late George W. Walters, Sr. and Lillian May (Friezer) Walters. Also predeceased by his brothers Donald Sr., Jack, Richard Walters and his twin sister, Gloria Jean Dooley. George is survived by his nieces, Gloria L. Dooley, Colleen Casey, Tina Campbell, Jacqueline Darby and Tammy Galligan and nephews, Donald Walters, Jr., Christopher Nadeau, Scott Walters and Woodrow (Woody) Dooley, III.

George proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force working as an aircraft maintenance specialist during the Vietnam War.

Graveside services with military honors will be celebrated on Friday, March 12, 2021 at 2:30 pm in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Market Street, Gloucester City, NJ. Please wear a face covering.
