On May 17, 2022. Age 88, Of Voorhees, NJ, Formerly of Cherry Hill, NJ. Beloved husband of the late, Tsuyako Aria Wurtzel. George is survived by his daughter, Janet Wurtzel; son, Alan Wurtzel, grandchildren, Melanie Cowley and Richard Cowley, Jr. He was also predeceased by his daughter, Nancy Wurtzel.

George proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend  George's Service and U.S. Army Military Honors at 2 pm on Wednesday, June 1, 2022  at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery: 350 Provinceline Road, Wrightstown, NJ 08562.
