On December 12, 2022. Age 91. (nee Brunhamer) Predeceased by her husband, George Symonds; parents, Joseph and Anna Brunhamer; siblings Joseph Brunhamer and AnnaMarie Hagan. Survived by her children, Barbara Reed (Robert), Bill Ackley, Sharon Ackley and Lisa Scully (Joseph); grandchildren, Robert (Lindsay), Ryan, Matthew (Natalie), Justin (Alexandria), Sean (Allison), Evan, Caitlin and Colin; great-grandchildren, Paxton, Emerson, Raegan, Brooks and Bennett on the way.

Helen was a proud member of the sorority and Class of 1948 at Gloucester Catholic. She was also an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Helen was a lifelong resident of Gloucester City and faithful parishioner of St. Mary's Church. She worked many years as an administrative supervisor for J.J. Henry Company in Moorestown.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday morning, December 20 ^th at 11 AM at St. Mary's R.C. Church, 426 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. There will be no viewing or visitation prior to mass. Interment will follow in New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.
