On August 4, 2016. Age 82. Of Brooklawn for 40 years. Formerly of Philadelphia.  Survived by his loving wife Doris Mogul, stepdaughter Debra Peterson and step granddaughter Neonta Scofield.

Herbert was a fixture at the flea markets in Cowtown, Columbus and Berlin for over 50 years. Doris would like to thank the paramedics and Brooklawn Police Department for their help.

Interment will be private, at the request of the family.
