Gloucester City since 1970. On March 3, 2021. Age 88. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Bernard J. and Hilda E. (Travis) Callahan. He also predeceased by his brother, Joseph Callahan. James is survived by his many nieces and nephews.

James worked for 44 years as a machinist with Strutters & Dunn Manufacturing Company in Pitman, NJ before his retirement in 1994. He was a parishioner of St. Mary's R.C. Church in Gloucester City.

Funeral services will be celebrated at 11 am on Wednesday, March 10th at the McCann-Healey Funeral Home, 851 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City, where family and friends may visit 9 to 11 am. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, 2398 Route 70 West, Cherry Hill, NJ. Please wear a face covering.
