On April 1, 2025, suddenly in Apopka, FL at the age of 53. Formerly of Gloucester City, NJ he was the loving son of James D. McQuaid, Sr. and Margaret (Lewis) McQuaid. He was predeceased by his brother, Raymond McQuaid in 1991; maternal grandparents, Raymond and Margaret Lewis; paternal grandparents, James and Edith McQuaid. He is also survived by many cousins.

James graduated from Gloucester City High School In 1989. James had worked with Mark Baker Core Supplies in Gloucester City, before moving to Florida 16 years ago. He loved music, playing guitars, reading books and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Honor the families wishes, there will be no visitation or services at this time.
