Beloved father of Vincent, Bradley, Keenan, Christopher and Kari Palmer; grandchildren, Blake and Brooklyn; brother, Steven; sisters, Deborah Scott, Dawn Myers, Beverly Harvey, Cheryl Young and Patricia Craven. James worked as a supervisor for Haynes construction in Williamstown for many years. He was an avid fan of the Chicago Bears and enjoyed fishing. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Thursday, July 16th from 3 to 6:00 pm at the Gloucester City Knights of Columbus, Council #674 Hall, 605 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City.
