On August 9, 2016. Age 76. Of Gloucester City. Loving husband of the late Delores A. Park (nee Bainbridge). Loving father of James Park, Jr. (Donna), Joseph Evans (Charline), Donna Simpson (Willie), Deborah Polisano (Michael), Susan Bates (Scott) and Jo Ann Yourison (Snap). Cherished grandfather of 16 and great grandfather of 20. Dear brother of Anna Mae Descar and Ruth Walk. Predeceased by his daughter Tina Marie; granddaughter Alyssa Anne; siblings Frank Park, Donald Park and Shirley Simmermon and fur kid Mickey.

James worked many years for Harshaw/ Amspec Chemical in Gloucester City. He was a volunteer fireman for Williamstown FD and Gloucester City station 5-2. James was a member of Gloucester City English Dart Assn. and Sportsman AC. He loved playing softball, fishing, boating and was the biggest fan of NY Giants, NJ Devils and NASCAR. James loved relaxing on the porch and talking and waving to everyone that came by. He was always a great neighbor and friend to everyone he met.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation Saturday morning, August 13, 2016 from 9 to 11 AM at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME: 851 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Funeral service 11 AM in the funeral home. Interment Woodbury Memorial Park, West Deptford. Please visit as you are since our Dad strongly disliked funeral clothes.
