On May 12, 2022. Age 96. Of Wenonah. Formerly of South Philadelphia. Loving and devoted husband of 72 years to the late Angelina M. Rutherford (nee Pinto). Survived by his children, Margaret Rutherford, James Rutherford, Adeline Viggiano (Michael) and Ann Angarola (James), as well as many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren and sisters, Constance Pinto and Joan Smith.

James proudly served our country in the U.S. Navy during World War II and the Korean War.
