James A. Schmidt, age 56. Of Westville. Formerly of Cherry Hill. Beloved son of the late Charles G. Schmidt, Sr. and Sherry Ann Schmidt (nee DelRocini). Beloved brother of Robert Schmidt, Sherry Schmidt and Gloria Borrell (Ray). Beloved uncle of many nieces and nephews and also survived by Michael, Devon and his Godson, Craig Abbott. In addition to his parents, James was predeceased by his brother, Charles G. Schmidt.

Jim was a passionate fan of all sports and could often be found wearing a sports jersey of his favorite players.

At the request of his family, services are private at this time. A public memorial is being planned and the information will be posted once available.
