Survived by nieces and nephews and a cherished friend, Walt Kingston, R.N. Jay worked as a Building Maintenance Worker for Winslow Township starting in 1979 and retiring in 2004. He was a local musician who loved country music and his late wife, Irene was a wonderful singer.
