Obituary

On January 16, 2016. Age 79. (nee Sawyer). Of Hot Springs, Arkansas. Formerly of Gloucester City. Loving wife of the late Arthur F. Kemery. Loving mother of Samuel W. Pine, III (Kay), Linda Schnatterer (Bill), Patricia Dilks (Ronald), Susan Maggi (Michael), Joseph Pine and BettyAnn Rainwater (Ronald). Cherished grandmother of 9 and great grandmother of 11. Dear sister of Theresa Weiner, Eileen Hauser, Bernice Harper. Predeceased by her son-in-law Thomas Schnatterer and her sisters, Anna Andrews, Dorothy Starliper, Thelma Kirchner and Elizabeth Salman.

Jean was born in Gloucester City and a longtime resident there before moving to Arkansas. She was a faithful and devoted parishioner of St. Mary's R.C. Church, where she was a member of the Adult Choir from 1994 to 2004. Jean was also a member of Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court Giese #439 for 25 years and a member of the Gloucester Catholic High School Drum & Bugel corp.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Thursday morning, January 21st, 2016 from 9:30 to 10:45 AM at St. Mary's R.C. Church: 426 Monmouth St., Gloucester City. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM in the church. Interment will be private in New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.
