On March 26, 2024. Age 65. Of Gloucester City. Loving and devoted wife of 12 years to the late Michael J. James, Sr. Loving sister of Michael Neilio (Maria), Herbert J. Neilio, Jr. (Colleen), Toni Bobiak (Joe), Linda Newlin (Tom). Cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Jo-Ann was born in Woodbury, NJ on June 12, 1958 to the late Herbert J. Neilio, Sr. and Jean A. (Kemmer) Neilio. She was a graduate of Gloucester Catholic High School class of 1977. Jo-Ann later worked as a waitress for several area restaurant including O'Donnell's in Gloucester City, NJ. She was also an avid Eagles football fan. Jo-Ann is survived by her dogs, Larry and Pumpkin.

At Jo-Ann's request, funeral services will be held privately.
