On January 31, 2016 (nee Waters) Of Brooklawn. Loving wife of 39 years to Charles J. DeFalco. Beloved mother of Jo- Ann Woodward (Chip), Jane Potts (Rick), Michelle Cesaro (Jim). Cherished grandmother of Brian, Walter, Rachel, Natalie, Steven and Jamie. Loving great- grandmother of 3. Joan was predeceased by her husband Charles J. O'Neill, Sr. in 1971 and son Charles J. O'Neill, Jr. in 2012, and granddaughter Baby Girl Cesaro in 2000.

Born in Camden, Joan was the daughter of the late Clarence and Mary Ann (Vert) Waters. She was a devoted and active member of the Brooklawn United Methodist Church for more than 50 years. She was active with the United Methodist Women and Brooklawn Senior Citizens Club.

Funeral Services will be celebrated on Friday, February 5th at 11:00 at Brooklawn United Methodist Church, 213 Maude Avenue, Brooklawn, where relatives and friends may visit from 9:30 am to 10:45 am. Interment will follow in Harleigh Cemetery, Camden.
