On March 30, 2011. Age 67. Of Hammonton. Formerly of Pleasantville and Point Pleasant. After a long illness, Joann has returned home to Heaven with the Lord. Loving Daughter of the late Frank and Beatrice Sickles. Beloved sister of Frank Sickles, Jr. and Betty Reese. Survived by many cherished caregivers and friends. Joann participated with the Special Olympics especially enjoying track and field. She loved to read, do puzzles, listen to music, sing, and go to the beauty salon. Religious Service and Graveside Burial will be 1 PM Thursday, April 7, 2011 at the White Lawn Cemetery, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ where she will be buried with her parents.
