On December 8, 2021. John passed away suddenly at age 70. Of Gloucester City.

John is survived by his sister, Kathleen Regan and nieces Allison (Rodney) and Emily (Thomas); his dear friends, Joanne Roberts (late Todd), Larry Orsino (Rachel) and children Larry Jr., Aiden, and Bianca, Rose Clark (Kenneth) and children Steven and Anthony, as well as his best friend, Titan. Predeceased by his parents, John S. Regan and Margaret P. (nee Norton).

John loved sports (especially all his home teams) and races, loved to read, and loved going to the campground at the shore with his family.
