Gloucester City – On December 2, 2020. Age 71. Survived by his son, Richard T. Choate; his sister, Patricia Allen and brothers, Michael Choate and Christopher Choate; nieces, Denise and Dawn and his nephews, Eddie and Anthony. Predeceased by his parents, Joseph R. and Margaret Choate.

Joe proudly served our country in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He worked many years for Permacel in New Brunswick. He was a diehard fan of the Phillies, Flyers, Sixers and Eagles. Joe enjoyed bird watching when not watching sports.

Relatives and friends are invited to his funeral service with military honors on Friday, Dec. 11 ^th at 11 AM at Brig Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, 350 Province Line Road, Wrightstown, NJ 08562. Please meet in holding area by 10:45 AM.
