Gloucester City, peacefully on January 5, 2024, at the age of 78. Born in Woodbury, NJ, she was the daughter of the late, Theodore and Mary (Karpiak) Hyk. Kathleen is survived by her sister, Jean M. Power; nephews, Theodore J. Power (Margaret), Matthew J. Power (Tara), Dennis J. Power (Grace) and her dear friends, Linda Hooper and Janine Buzby.

Kathleen had worked for many years as a blackjack dealer with Golden Nugget Casino in Atlantic City, NJ.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Thursday morning, January 11, 2024, from 9:45 to 10:45 AM at St. Mary's R.C. Church, 426 Monmouth St., Gloucester City, NJ 08030. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 AM in the church. Interment will be private at a later date in New St. Mary's Cemetery Bellmawr.
