On November 15, 2025, in Voorhees, NJ, formerly of Medford, passed away at the age of 65. She was the daughter of the late Edward and Nora (Usher) Toal. She was the wife of the late David Dare Wenger and her late infant son David Dare Wenger Jr. She was also the beloved sister of the late Lenora Toal, Edward Toal, Denny Toal, and Michael Toal. Kathleen is survived by her cherished daughter, Sarah Wenger, twin brother Shawn Toal, and her many nieces and nephews.

Kathleen had worked as a bill collector for Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd. Kathleen enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She especially loved watching reality TV and buying quality purses.

Honoring Kathleen's wishes, there will be no viewing and any funeral services will be held at a later date.
