Surrounded by and in the loving care of his wife and family, Keith passed peacefully at home in Gloucester City on April 20, 2023, at the age of 76. Loving and devoted husband of 52 years to Linda Lee Locker (nee White). Beloved father of Wendy Locker Thompson and Keith R. Locker, Jr. (Jennifer). Cherished grandfather of Justin Locker, Dylan Bartley and Joseph Bartley. Beloved son of Ethel H. Locker (nee Duffield) and the late Eric M. Locker. Dear brother of Eric M. Locker and brother-in-law of Harry and Lisa Ridgeway and Steven Allegra (John). Also survived by his best friend, Bobby "Flounder" Williams.

Keith worked for the Gloucester City Board of Education for 25 years before his retirement. He was a lifetime member exempt of the Gloucester City Fire Department and 27-year volunteer fireman of the Highland Park Fire Association, where he gave 27 years of service to the community. Keith enjoyed camping with the Trade Winds Camping Club and crabbing in Lewes, DE. He was a car enthusiast and loved his father-son project restoring their 1966 Ford Mustang. Keith enjoyed doing yard work at home and hanging out with his firemen buddies. Most of all, Keith has a special bond with his grandchildren.

Honoring Keith's wishes, there will be no public services. Burial will be private in Eldridge Cemetery in Mt. Laurel, NJ.
