On November 22, 2023, age 44 of National Park. Survived by her husband, Richard A. Monte, Jr.; their children, Dylan Monte, Ryan Monte and Brooke Monte; her mother, Carol Mease; her father, Gene Hinke and her brother, Eugene J. Hinke (Brittany).

Kelley was a graduate of Clearview High School.

Relatives and friends are invited to her memorial on Friday evening, December 15, 2023 from 6 to 8 PM at the Calvary Chapel of South Jersey, 1210 Hessian Ave, West Deptford, NJ 08093.
