Obituary

On July 8, 2014. After battling a lung disease Age 78. Of Gloucester City. Formerly of Lindenwold. Bud was born on October 17, 1935 and lived his younger days in Lindenwold before moving to Gloucester City in 1972. Predeceased by his parents Louis and Ella Herbst and his two sisters Edna Herbst and Evelyn Klumpp. Bud worked for over 50 years at A.L. Hyde Injecton Molding Company in Grenloch (Gloucester Township). He was a skilled carpenter which he did part-time along with his regular job. Bud was actually a workaholic and could not adjust to being unable to work due to his illness. He loved deer hunting, stock car racing and blackjack. Survived by his former wife, Mary Ann, cherished daughters: Donna Blair (Chal), Dana Miller (Dave), Debbie Hickman and one granddaughter Jenni Miller that was the apple of his eye. Beloved Sister-In-Law Cass Gager, nephews Sam Gager (Lisa) and Eric Revelli (Kristen), niece, Jen Howey and one grandniece Jolene. The family will miss Bud, he was the family go to person whenever you needed help. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend his viewing Friday from 1:30 to 2:30 PM at the McCANN-HEALEY FUNERAL HOME: 851 Monmouth Street, (at Brown Street) Gloucester City, NJ 08030.
