In the loving care of his family, Malvern passed peacefully on August 14, 2024 in Ocala, Florida, at the age of 83. Loving husband of the late Joanne Scully. Loving father of John (Robin) Scully, Joseph (Lisa) Scully and Steven (Gina) Scully. Cherished grandfather of Derek (Sinn), Sean (Allison), Evan, Colin, Caitlin, Micah, Seth, Jonah and Chloe and great grandfather of Aiden, Wyatt, Everett, Brooks and Fallon, due in Nov '24. One of nine children to the late Ferdinand and Dorothy Scully, Malvern was predeceased by his brothers, James and Ferdinand and sister, Dorothy. He is survived by his siblings, Leon, Laura, Robert, Michael and Margaret. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Malvern was a longtime resident of Brooklawn, NJ before moving to Ocala, FL. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing the guitar. He was an active member of Friendship Baptist Church in Ocala, FL.
