Gloucester City – (nee Pine) On November 1, 2021. Age 87. Loving wife of 60 years to the late Ralph J. Saunders, Jr. Cherished mother of Ralph J. Saunders, III, Maureen A. (Denis) Moran, Raymond Edward Saunders and the late David R. Saunders. Beloved grandmother of Ralph IV, Rachel, Sean (Kristie), David (Bianca), Abby, Emily, Raeann, Joseph and the late Matthew Moran. Loving great-grandmother of Ralph V, Daymion, Harper, Morgan, Sawyer and Olive. Dear Sister-In-Law of MaryAnn Saunders. Predeceased by her 12 siblings. Survived by loving niece Mary Jane (Jay) Goheen and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.

Marge was known as "Muggy" and was born, raised and lived her entire 87 years in Gloucester City. She was a graduate of Gloucester City High School Class of 1953. Marge was a lifelong and devoted parishioner of St. Mary's R.C. Church in Gloucester City. She was the parish bookkeeper for over 45 years and retired in 2020. Marge was dedicated to her beloved St. Mary's and to the many Pastors and priests that she worked with daily for many decades. She was very involved when her children were at St. Mary's School in Gloucester City with the St. Mary's School PTA. Marge was involved with the Parish "Saints and Singers" Group that did shows for St. Patrick's Day. She was a den mother for Cub Scouts in Gloucester City.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend Marge's viewing on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 from 9:45 am to 11:45 am at St. Mary's R.C. Church: 426 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City, NJ 08030. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 12 Noon in the church. Interment with her late husband, Ralph in New Saint Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr. There will be no viewing Monday evening.
